PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE
Our property management service is provided to rental properties such as one room units, buildings, mansions, houses, and parking lots.
We will handle everything from regular property maintenance and inspections, repair works of facilities, and tenancy management, including rent collection.
Once the property becomes vacant, we will conduct advertisement, property viewing, applicant screening and lease execution. We will also arrange repair and inspections for restoration works before the new tenant moves in.
Vacant property management service is also available and this will include regular cleaning and maintenance of the property.
